TechProcure LLC, a company specialized in industrial sourcing and MRO solutions, is seeking a motivated Industrial Sales Representative based in Houston, TX, with experience in the industrial sector and preferably bilingual (English/Spanish).
What We’re Looking For:A proactive sales professional with strong commercial skills and knowledge of the industrial market (oil & gas, manufacturing, construction, refineries, etc.), capable of opening doors, building valuable relationships with procurement departments, and turning opportunities into actual sales.
Responsibilities:- Develop and manage a portfolio of industrial clients across Texas.
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through visits, calls, and strategic follow-ups.
- Identify MRO material needs such as tools, piping, valves, and more.
- Prepare quotes and commercial presentations in coordination with the internal team.
- Meet monthly sales goals and provide progress reports.
- Attend trade shows, events, and meetings with potential clients.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Knowledge of the Houston market and nearby industrial areas.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (preferred).
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the state.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, quoting tools, and email.
- Base salary commissions on closed sales.
- Support from technical and administrative teams for quoting.
