This position plays a key role in our sales team — connecting customers with the perfect vehicle and providing an exceptional buying experience from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is energetic, bilingual, tech-savvy, and experienced in the automotive sales industry. Someone who is polite, attentive, empathetic, and genuinely enjoys helping others.
- Greet and assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers in person and online.
- Present vehicles, warranties, benefits, and financing options.
- Manage and follow up on leads using CRM systems and social media platforms.
- Conduct test drives, prepare quotes, and close sales efficiently.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service before and after the sale.
- Participate in ongoing product and digital sales training.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, digital tools, and social media.
- Positive, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and availability
- Base salary plus competitive commissions.
