Staffing Account Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Staffing Account Manager to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end staffing processes across diverse industries, ensuring the successful placement of qualified candidates to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong relationships, leveraging advanced talent acquisition strategies, and utilizing various HR systems to optimize recruitment efforts. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand staffing requirements and organizational culture.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and presenting candidates for various roles.
• Utilize talent management software such as Workday, iCIMS, PeopleSoft, and ATS platforms like Lever and Greenhouse to streamline recruitment workflows.
• Conduct talent sourcing through multiple channels including social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, campus recruitment events, and cold calling.
• Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns efficiently while ensuring compliance with employment law and HR legal standards.
• Negotiate employment contracts and employment & labor law terms with candidates and clients.
• Coordinate candidate onboarding processes such as employee orientation, employee evaluation, and contract management.
• Engage in research activities to identify passive candidates and develop lead generation strategies for talent acquisition.
• Maintain accurate records within HRIS systems like SAP HR or Kronos to ensure data integrity.
• Support succession planning initiatives by identifying potential internal candidates for future roles.
• Foster ongoing relationship management with clients and candidates to promote long-term engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, executive recruiting, internal recruiting, or external recruiting roles.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques, high-volume recruitment strategies, technical recruiting practices, and full cycle recruiting processes.
• Knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance standards.
• Experience with social media management (recruitment) platforms and lead generation tools.
• Ability to utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever or Greenhouse effectively.
• Strong research skills coupled with cold calling experience for candidate sourcing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $55,536.65 - $120,000.00 per year
