Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Reimbursement Analyst III to support complex reimbursement functions for a large healthcare system. This is a fully remote role focused on Medicare and Medi-Cal cost reporting, regulatory compliance, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze Medicare Cost Reports (CMS-2552-10)
- Support HCAI (OSHPD) reporting for multi-facility healthcare systems
- Review audit adjustments and manage appeals with regulatory agencies
- Perform reimbursement modeling and financial impact analysis
- Ensure compliance with CMS, Medicare, and Medi-Cal guidelines
- Collaborate with finance teams, auditors, and external stakeholders
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and trend analysis
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement or financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, and CMS reimbursement methodologies
- Experience with cost reporting, audits, and regulatory filings
- Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
