Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Kailua, HI (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time | Day Shift

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 40 hours per week

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, computer, and organizational skills, along with the ability to handle high-volume calls and support healthcare-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from health plan members and healthcare providers
  • Provide accurate information regarding medical, dental, vision, and prescription claims
  • Document all customer interactions in the system
  • Process referrals and pre-certification requests
  • Verify benefits and eligibility for services
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in the system
  • Review medical records and assist with claims processing
  • Research and resolve rejected or incorrect claims
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • 1–2 years of relevant customer service or healthcare experience (Required)
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and phone handling skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
