Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Kailua, HI (Onsite)

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, computer, and organizational skills, along with the ability to handle high-volume calls and support healthcare-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from health plan members and healthcare providers
- Provide accurate information regarding medical, dental, vision, and prescription claims
- Document all customer interactions in the system
- Process referrals and pre-certification requests
- Verify benefits and eligibility for services
- Enter and maintain accurate data in the system
- Review medical records and assist with claims processing
- Research and resolve rejected or incorrect claims
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 1–2 years of relevant customer service or healthcare experience (Required)
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent verbal communication and phone handling skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
