Description
We currently have ongoing Opportunities for highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Assistants who are deeply passionate about growing company. The HR Assistant will be responsible for handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and will provide clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures.
- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department
- Manage all immigration processes and immigration files
- Manage and maintain all employee files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee the immigration process and related documentation, ensuring timely and accurate handling of cases.
- Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
- Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail when handling sensitive employee information.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- At least one year of HR related experience desired
Must have experience with Immigration processes
- Highly professional and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
