We are hiring an experienced Large Market Business Developer to drive growth within the large enterprise segment (5000 employees).
This role focuses on selling employee benefits, health, retirement, and HR consulting solutions to large organizations and building strong relationships with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of 40–50 enterprise prospects
- Drive new business acquisition within large/jumbo accounts
- Build relationships with C-suite executives
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting → proposal → closing)
- Create and deliver RFPs and strategic proposals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
Must-Have Experience
10 years in Benefits Consulting / Employee Benefits Sales
Experience working with large enterprise clients (5000 employees)
Proven success in closing large, complex deals
Strong experience with long sales cycles & pipeline management
Ability to engage and influence senior executives (C-level)
