What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant General Counsel position at TechnoSphere, Inc.?
Must Have:-
- Minimum of 7 years of legal experience including 4 years at a premier law firm, financial services firm and/or financial services regulator
- J.D. degree
- Admission to the New York or New Jersey Bar
- Demonstrated experience advising financial services businesses, particularly related to clearing agencies, post-trade processing, or market infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of SEC regulations and experience supporting regulatory audits or examinations
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, policies, and internal legal documents
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Legal, Compliance, Product, Sales, etc.)
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with minimal supervision
