Role Description
This is a full-time entry-level remote role for a Tech Support Specialist - Medical Device. The Tech Support Specialist will work directly with the Sales force leads to assist customers by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping with inquiries related to our medical device. This role involves analyzing technical problems, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Requirements
US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Basic IT technical background.
Clean Driver's license
Strong knowledge of PC environment and networking.
Quick technical learning ability and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Ideal for a junior candidate at the beginning of their career who wants to combine technical work with customer interaction.
Nice to Have
Previous experience in technical support or training - strong advantage.
Background in medical device industry - a plus.
