What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Technology Intern position at Technology?
GENERAL DEFINITION AND CONDITIONS OF WORK
Support school hardware and software systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TYPICAL TASKS
The minimum performance expectations include, but are not limited to, the following functions/tasks:

- Provide general technology assistance to the division technology staff.
- Unbox and setup new technology equipment.
- Install approved software and update patches on the district computers and laptops.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for district equipment.
- Communicate openly and effectively with students, parents, community patrons, staff and administration as a positive representative of Culpeper County Public School system.
- Assist with district technology projects in the schools as needed.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Director of Instructional Delivery or Network Engineer.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Demonstrated ability to provide hardware and software support in a large enterprise environment;
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Salary : $12
