What You Will Be Doing:
As an Enterprise Project Manager, your role is to oversee and lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex projects at the organizational level. You will ensure consistent alignment with strategic goals and maintain efficient resource utilization across the enterprise ecosystem. You will serve as a trusted partner to all stakeholders, ensuring both vertical and horizontal alignment as organizational changes occur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, organization, management, execution, and delivery of large enterprise project initiatives with multiple stakeholders, sponsors, and geographically distributed teams.
- Ensure successful achievement of cross-functional programs and projects by establishing clear responsibilities, accountabilities, and measurable goals.
- Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to all stakeholders, ensuring vertical and horizontal alignment as scope or strategy evolves.
- Perform project and change management duties across multiple business functions, integrating smoothly with existing functional Project Management teams.
- Partner with Project Managers, department heads, and functional leaders to develop transition plans and define ongoing success measures.
- Establish major milestones, map dependencies between functional project plans, build overarching schedules, and drive adoption and benefit realization planning.
- Provide accurate forecasting of project capital and resource requirements; quantify and communicate risk levels with clear business impact articulation.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and solution options to protect project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Set and manage stakeholder expectations; escalate issues and change requests through appropriate channels in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and manage resource allocation within and across projects, tracking program and project milestones proactively.
- Review project deliverables for accuracy and provide mentoring and guidance to other project team members.
- Adopt and implement best-practice project management methodologies and frameworks across both technical and functional areas.
- Deliver all projects within defined scope, on schedule, and within approved budget.
- Strategize around organizational strengths and corporate vision, identifying integration points between ongoing programs and enterprise objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Work with leadership, strategic, setting vision/direction, setting up new areas of business
- Required Agile, Lean, Lean Portfolio Management, SAFe,
- Align business strategy with execution
- Financial background, (desired)
- PMP Certification (desired).
- Agile Certification (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) (desired)
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level, cross-functional programs with budgets of $1M and teams of 10 across multiple locations.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and deliver on time and within budget in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience developing and maintaining program schedules, dependency maps, risk registers, and RAID logs.
- Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional project teams and manage without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, including project forecasting and capital planning.
- Change Management experience — ability to plan and execute change management activities alongside technical delivery.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience with organizational change management frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or similar).
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or large-scale technology implementation programs.
- Experience operating in regulated or highly matrixed environments such as consumer goods, healthcare, or financial services.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power BI for reporting and program visibility.
- Experience with benefits realization planning and post-project success measurement.
- Strong facilitation skills — able to run workshops, retrospectives, and steering committee meetings effectively.
- Experience with vendor and third-party partner management within large programs.
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
Pay: $45.67 - $65.24 /hr.
