KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach, and develop database and application administration teams.
- Ensure the stability, availability, security, and performance of production environments.
- Oversee daily operations, incident management, capacity planning, backups, and disaster recovery.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in IT operations, SQL database/application administration, and windows infrastructure.
- 3 years leading teams, coaching, performance management, and prioritization.
