Clean & Repair SCM and Quality Technician

Location: Taylor, Tx

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clean & Repair SCM and Quality Technician to support inventory operations, quality control, and repair processing. This role is critical in ensuring parts are properly tracked, inspected, and processed in accordance with quality and operational standards. The ideal candidate has strong technical training, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Shift A | 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM | $22-$26/hr

• Thu, Fri, Sat and every other Wed
  
  

Shift B | 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM | $24-$29/hr

• Sun, Mon, Tue and every other Sat
  
  

Shift D | 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM | $24-$29/hr

• Wed, Thu, Fri and every other Sat
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent military training/experience
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in:
• Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
• Word processing software
• Inventory tracking systems/databases
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, including:
• Stock rotation
• Expiration date handling
• PAR level management
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through stocking, pulling, and movement of parts
• Ensure proper organization and tracking of all materials
• Quality Control & Inspection
• Perform metrology and inspections to verify part quality
• Ensure all parts meet required specifications and standards
• Discrepancy Resolution
• Identify and segregate nonconforming (red-tag) parts
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and drive solutions
• Clean & Repair Processing
• Process outgoing parts for cleaning and repair
• Verify parameters including vendor selection, part codes, pricing, warranty requirements, and contamination concerns
• Compliance & Security Coordination
• Partner with security/setti officers to verify accurate import/export documentation
• Ensure serial numbers match all associated records and paperwork
