The ideal candidate has strong technical training, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Pay Range
- Day Shift: $22 – $26 per hour
- Night Shift: $26 – $28 per hour
- Associate’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent military training/experience
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
- Word processing software
- Inventory tracking systems/databases
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, including:
- Stock rotation
- Expiration date handling
- PAR level management
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through stocking, pulling, and movement of parts
- Ensure proper organization and tracking of all materials
- Quality Control & Inspection
- Perform metrology and inspections to verify part quality
- Ensure all parts meet required specifications and standards
- Discrepancy Resolution
- Identify and segregate nonconforming (red-tag) parts
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and drive solutions
- Clean & Repair Processing
- Process outgoing parts for cleaning and repair
- Verify parameters including vendor selection, part codes, pricing, warranty requirements, and contamination concerns
- Compliance & Security Coordination
- Partner with security/setti officers to verify accurate import/export documentation
- Ensure serial numbers match all associated records and paperwork
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Familiarity with quality systems and inspection tools is a plus
