Key Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse quality technicians within a cleanroom environment
- Plan, direct, and coordinate shift operations and team activities
- Lead by example by working alongside team members on the floor
- Manage shift pass-downs, ensuring continuity and closure of tasks
- Identify and share best known methods (BKMs) across teams and shifts
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
- Prepare work schedules and assign responsibilities
- Conduct employee performance reviews and support development plans
- Ensure team progress on training, certifications, and skill development
- Partner with HR on staffing needs, recruiting, and interviewing
- Analyze operational and quality data to drive performance improvements
- Communicate team performance, issues, and progress to leadership
- Act as the first point of contact for shift escalations and problem resolution
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to support operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and cleanroom protocols
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to maximize performance
- Associate’s degree or military equivalent required
- OR minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in a related environment
- Strong team leadership and employee development skills
- Supply chain and inventory management experience

- Data analysis and reporting capability
- Effective communication and cross-functional coordination
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
