You Are:
- A skilled AV Technician, playing a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and programming of sophisticated AV and Low-Voltage systems in luxury residential and commercial, environments.

Your Schedule & Location:
- Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
- Medford, OR area
Your Manager:
- Jimmy, Project Manager
Your Contribution to TDA:
- Read Blueprints and Schematics
- Cabling: Pull/Terminate/Test
- Advanced Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting: Audio, Video, Control (Control4), Lighting & Shading (Lutron), Networks, Access Control, CCTV, Security, etc.
- Interact With: Clients, Architects, Builders, Other Trades
- Complete Workorders with Time & Parts Used
Your Experience:
- 2yrs of Industry Experience (AV, Control, Lighting, Shading, etc)
- Valid Driver’s License (w/ Clean Record)
- PREFERRED: Oregon License LEA/LEB Certification
- Control4: Cert Level Tech II (or obtain within 6mo of hire)
- Lutron Lighting/Shading Cert (or obtain within 12mo of hire)
- CEDIA Cert ESC-T III (or obtain within 12mo of hire)
TDA's Contribution to You:
- Salary: $70-$80k/yr
- Bonus: Profit Sharing Model (has paid out $5k-$15k in previous years)
- Medical: $425 toward your plan (covers the individual)
- Paid Training with raises for certification completions.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
