Our primary customers are manufacturers of aircraft, jet engines and un-manned aircraft (UAV's / Drones) and optical systems such as gimbal ball cameras.
Summary
We are seeking a data entry and customer service assistant to help us track cost calculations for the various parts we process and assist in developing work instructions for those parts.
Responsibilities
- Help ensure that cost models are updated.
- Format quotations for customers.
- Help ensure that part processing instructions are clear and easy to follow.
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Requirements
- Good understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- US Citizen or lawful permanent resident.
This is a part time position with flexability as exact working hours. All work is on site with no option for remote work. Weekly hours can range from 26 hours to 31.5 hours.
