Required Skills
- Domain Knowledge: 5 years of experience with Medicaid or Medicare. Prior experience working on federal or state legislative policy implementations (e.g., CMS rules, HR1 provisions, Medicaid expansion/unwinding efforts).
- Technical Experience: 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Quality Analyst, or similar role with a heavy focus on data testing and SQL development.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced SQL skills specifically within Teradata environments (including performance tuning, BTEQ, and Teradata SQL Assistant).
- Testing & QA: Demonstrated experience writing test plans, performing data validation, and identifying data anomalies or discrepancies.
