Position: Organizational Change Manager
Duration: 24 months
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Mix of in-office and remote work)
Job Description:
- Proven experience leading organization-wide change management initiatives, particularly related to implementation of new technology in large organizations of 500 employees
- Experience working effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders, including executive leadership, frontline staff, technical teams, and external partners
- Experience coordinating closely with IT and technical project teams to align change management activities with system development, testing, and deployment phases
- Strong understanding of how to align change management activities with overall project management milestones
- Experience using project management tools for reporting progress
- Public safety experience is a plus, but not required
- Professional certifications in change management are a plus but not a requirement needs. Add additional pages as needed.
