Solidworks Mechanical Detailer/Drafter

In this role you will use SOLIDWORKS to to Mechanical modeling and detailing of mechanical parts and components for large conveyors systems used for the mining and aggregate industry. Specific parts include columns, beams and girders for vertical and horizontal bracing; connections, stairs, railings, trusses, chassis, ECOs and more.

• This is a long-term TEMP-HIRE position that must be worked on-site at company facility
• Pay range for this position is $22.00 to $30.00/hr

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• AAS or Certificate in CAD, 1-3 years of CAD drafting/detailing using SOLIDWORKS
• Must be proficient using SOLIDWORKS for modeling and detail drafting
• Experience with large conveyors, bulk material handling or large/heavy equipment
• Experience working from engineering sketches, pictures, mark-ups, etc.
• Experience with support beams, trusses, columns, heavy steel, stairs, railings, etc.
• ALL qualified candidates must take a SOLIDWORKS CAD assessment
• Ideal candidate will be CERTIFIED SOLIDWORKS USER (CSWA)
