In this role, you will working as an Industrial Engineer for a client that works in the Material Handling Industry. This position will be responsible for analyzing and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal efficiency, safety, and quality.
This position is a DIRECT HIRE role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked ON-SITE.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering REQUIRED
- 5-10 years of experience in an industrial engineering role - preferably in metal fabrication
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization techniques, and statistical analysis methods
- Familiarity with CAD software, manufacturing execution systems (MES), and ERP systems, Epicor a plus
- Experience with safety standards
- Strong problem solving skills
