In this position, you’ll support the Office Manager and operations team with general office administration, purchasing support, QuickBooks entries, and travel coordination for employees and contractors.
This is a Contract role, on-site, Standard hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and long-term stability in a growing engineering organization.
There is an opportunity for a full time role for the right employee.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Office Manager and office staff with daily administrative tasks.
Assemble new hire orientation packets and maintain training records.
Enter invoices and expense reports in QuickBooks; code and scan documents.
Create and submit purchase orders and assist with procurement activities.
Set up new vendors and maintain W-9s, ISO certificates, and ACH information.
Arrange employee and contractor travel and maintain the travel log.
Perform general office duties (filing, phones) and support sales as needed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED preferred and 3 years of administrative experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; QuickBooks experience preferred.
Reliable, detail oriented, strong communicator, and able to multi-task and prioritize.
