Technipaq is a family owned and operated company that manufactures flexible packaging for the Diagnostic, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare packaging industry since 1984. Starting from a small one machine company that has grown into 3 locations totaling 182,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and logistics facilities, Technipaq has maintained 2 constant principles; superior customer service and short lead times. We are an ISO 9001 2016 organization with a 13485 certification for the medical and pharmaceutical industry.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience selling plastic packaging in the medical device industries,
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales objectives
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
- Organized, with attention to details
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers
- Must be a self-starter with strong time management and planning skills and have the ability to target accounts and achieve results through a daily action plan
- Strong verbal and communication skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of previous outside sales experience selling to medical device companies in multiple states
- Must be proficient in Salesforce.com or Hub Spot and MS Office
- Must be willing to travel within your defined region, traveling approx. 50% of time-Territory is ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, RI, NY, PA, NJ, MD, DE, WV, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL
- Previous experience with quota based compensation plan with new and repeat sales goals
- Sales experience in plastics or packaging industry a PLUS
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Must be self-motivated and results oriented
- Must hold a valid driver's license and provide proof of insurance
