Orlando, FL Full Time
POSTED ON 7/6/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 8/1/2026
Description

TSI is hiring an Integrated Master Scheduler supporting PM TRASYS at Marine Corps Systems Command in Orlando, Florida. In the defense industry, this work is performed under a variety of titles — Integrated Program Planner, Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst, and Schedule Analyst — and experience from any of these roles translates directly. PM TRASYS is the Marine Corps' executive agent responsible for the acquisition and life-cycle support of ground training systems, devices, and training support services, fielding simulators, range systems, live training instrumentation, and distributed learning capabilities that directly enable Marine Corps expeditionary readiness and combat effectiveness.

In this role, you will develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across the PM TRASYS multi-program portfolio, supporting government program managers and product managers across three product management groups. Your schedule products will directly support milestone reviews, acquisition decisions, and execution reporting that drives Marine Corps training modernization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for PM TRASYS acquisition and sustainment programs using Microsoft Project
  • Perform critical path analysis and schedule status tracking to identify risks and execution issues across the PM TRASYS portfolio
  • Develop schedule metrics, milestone look-ahead reports, and status summaries for PM TRASYS leadership and MARCORSYSCOM stakeholders
  • Prepare schedule, health briefings, and Gantt products for program reviews, In-Progress Reviews (IPRs), and milestone events
  • Coordinate scheduling activities across PM TRASYS product management groups
  • Interface with government program managers and contractor representatives to collect status inputs and resolve schedule conflicts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3–6 years supporting DoD program schedules or Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in a defense acquisition or sustainment environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, schedule development, baseline management, and Gantt reporting
  • Experience supporting program reviews, milestone briefings, or status reporting with scheduled products
  • Experience performing Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) and what-if schedule modeling in Microsoft Project
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for schedule data tracking, status reporting, and summary products
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation, briefing support, and professional communications
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition lifecycle phases and milestone review processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting the Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), PM TRASYS, or a DoD training systems acquisition program office
  • Familiarity with DoD milestone review processes (Milestone A/B/C) and ACAT program requirements
  • Prior U.S. military service in program management, logistics, operations, or administrative support roles

Compensation & Benefits Include

Compensation: $90,000 - $95,000

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (company-paid options available)
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Paid time off and federal holidays
