E3D Administrator

TSR is seeking an E3D Administrator to work with one of the largest EPC firms in the country. In anticipation of several upcoming projects, this is a long-term contract position located in Newark, DE. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of both E3D Administration and Global administration after having utilized E3D as a project designer.  However, the E3D Administration and Global Administration can be taught if needed.Responsibilities:Support E3D users at both the office and plant sites, who utilize E3D for their project design.  This includes:1st line application support to answer user questions and resolve issues with E3D Design/Model and Draw modulesCreate and maintain model users accounts utilizing the E3D Admin moduleSet-up nightly scheduled tasks for Review/NavisWorks, DICE, and Spatial Map updates.Set-up and maintain the Global model working environment including MDB and DB creationCreate and maintain E3D Global model sharing including both Hub and satellites to maintain alignment of the models between the design offices and plant sitesIncorporate processed laser scan data into the E3D and NavisWorks project working environmentRequirementsE3D knowledge is required;  Design background using E3D for project Piping design preferred (other design discipline knowledge is also acceptable)Good communication skills and the ability to relay/explain various technology solutions to engineering and construction professionalsOpenness and thirst to learn new thingsMust have a “Team attitude”, be self-motivated and be willing to support other groups and projects when required Job level and salary will be commensurate with experienceCompany DescriptionTechnical Staffing Resources, a KBR company, is a full-service staffing firm with over 75 years’ experience providing staffing support for industrial engineering, construction, maintenance markets and our affiliated government services division.
