About the Role
Technical Source partners with organizations navigating capital projects in highly complex and regulated environments, helping them build and deploy the technical workforces their projects demand. We're growing and looking for a consultative Business Development Manager to join the team.
This is a hunter role with real upside. You'll own a book of business from first call through full account development, working with clients where project stakes are high and workforce challenges are important to solve.
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and winning new client relationships through targeted outreach, in-person engagement, and strategic prospecting
- Becoming a trusted resource for clients by developing a deep understanding of their project environments, regulatory constraints, and workforce challenges
- Translating complex client requirements into solutions that work for both client and candidate
- Helping develop and lead a delivery team to execute on the commitments you make
Qualifications:
- 3 years in business development or account management with demonstrated new account acquisition; you should be able to walk through what you did, how you did it, and what it produced
- Familiarity with project-based or technical workforce solutions; you understand how this business works and can sell it consultatively
- You ask good questions, listen before you pitch, and build solutions rather than fill orders
- Comfortable in a performance-driven environment where results are the measure
