Job Description:
The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for overall contract execution, ensuring all program requirements are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with PWS requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact with the Contracting Officers Representative (COR)
- Plan, direct, and manage all program activities and resources
- Oversee schedule, deliverables, and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with quality control and reporting requirements
- Coordinate with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in project management, business, or related field
Experience Requirements:
- 10 years of program management experience
- 3 years of experience managing federal contracts or training programs
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
