Job Description:
The Executive Training Coach provides individualized coaching to executives and managers to reinforce training outcomes and support leadership development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments and identify development goals
- Deliver one-on-one coaching sessions (virtual or in-person)
- Provide tailored feedback and leadership guidance
- Support application of training concepts to real-world challenges
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to federal guidelines
- Track progress and provide optional summary reports
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in leadership, psychology, or related field (Masters preferred)
- Certified coach (e.g., ICF or equivalent) preferred
Experience Requirements:
- Experience coaching senior leaders or executives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
