Job Description:
The Deputy Program Manager supports the PM in executing contract operations and ensures continuity of leadership. The DPM plays a critical role in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating activities, and ensuring performance objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the PM in overall contract execution and operational management
- Act on behalf of the PM in their absence
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations and workforce management
- Monitor team productivity and workload distribution to meet performance standards
- Support risk management and issue resolution efforts
- Ensure effective communication between contract staff and government stakeholders
- Assist with staffing, onboarding, and surge support planning
- Participate in biweekly production meetings and performance reviews
Experience Requirements:
- At least three (3) years of hands-on experience applying knowledge of administrative principles, practices, and techniques.
- Must have professional skills in program management and leadership.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in utilizing routine computer applications, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google Chrome, and services that operate utilizing these software packages.
- Must have skills in oral presentations and communication of instructions concerning mathematical analysis, and in writing reports or documents that convey the findings/results of mathematical analysis to non-technical audiences.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inform and communicate effectively with staff who have various backgrounds and personality types.

- Bachelors degree in project management, business, or related field
