Title: Calibration Technician
Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado (in-person)
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 40-60 hrs/week)
Pay rate: $25-$40/ hour (DOE)

Position Overview:
We’re looking for skilled Mechanical and Electrical Calibration Technicians to help ensure the precision and reliability of advanced measurement instruments. If you enjoy hands‑on technical work, problem‑solving, and working in a fast‑paced, supportive environment, this is the place for you.
Responsibilities:
- Calibrate mechanical test equipment (calipers, micrometers, gages, indicators, torque, etc.)
- Calibrate electrical test equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, torque devices, etc.)
- Maintain NIST-traceable, A2LA-accredited ISO/IEC 17025 standards
- Generate detailed calibration reports and certificates
- Troubleshoot and maintain calibration equipment
- Collaborate on improving calibration procedures
- Support audits with technical expertise
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience in calibration (AC/DC, temperature, pressure, torque, mechanical, and physical/dimensional, etc)
- Preferred: DOD, PMEL, or military calibration background
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- U.S. Citizenship/Permanent Resident status required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
