What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operator/ Assembler position at TechMatrix Inc?
You must be able to read and understand at a 7th-grade level.
You will help make high-quality medical devices in a small team setting (called a manufacturing cell).
You will work under close supervision and do tasks such as:
Assembling devices
Fixing parts
Testing devices
The products include pacemakers, defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related items.
You will follow standard procedures for all tasks.
Your work will be checked regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
Keep all work documents accurate and updated
Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members (spoken and written)
Be positive and respectful when working with coworkers or visitors
Always follow safety rules and use the right safety tools
Help improve the work process to increase quality and efficiency
Keep accurate records so all parts can be tracked and checked for quality
Understand the basics of Lean Manufacturing (a method for improving production)
Other Duties:
Work with your supervisor or manager to set personal and team goals
Support company programs related to quality, environment, and regulations (QMS, EMS, etc.)
Be able to:
Read and follow written and spoken instructions
Use computers and electronic systems
Prioritize tasks and manage your time
Handle small parts carefully
Make good decisions with little supervision
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
