**Manufacturing - Production Worker I**

The **Production Worker I** is responsible for performing production
work to applicable performance standards. Working effectively in a team
environment, the Production Worker I will start up, operate, tend, and
stop a variety of equipment while maintaining a safe and clean working
environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Taking
instruction from the level III Production Worker, Production Supervisor
or Production Manager the Production Worker I will ensure conformance to
all specifications, document actions by completing production and
quality forms and report any and all equipment faults to supervisors.
The Production Worker I\'s responsibilities will range from operating
automated machinery, working with equipment for part grinding and
shaping of foam material, measuring, cutting, gluing and assembly of
parts, and packaging for shipping. The Production Worker I will use
their authority to stop a non-conforming part or product by notifying
their Supervisor or Quality Inspector as soon as possible. This position
follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure
production is as efficient and safe as possible.

- Machine operation experience, familiar with automated equipment.
- Experience in gluing and assembly of parts. (Foam Material)
- Experience in working with equipment for part grinding and shaping.
- Ability to work in a high volume fast paced open shop environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing work tasks throughout the day as
