Role Description
We are seeking a Front Desk Support L2 professional for a full-time, on-site position in Decatur, IL. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients, providing essential reception and customer support services. Key responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, addressing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. You will also ensure seamless day-to-day front desk operations while collaborating with the broader team to ensure client satisfaction.
