We are seeking a Manager to lead the intersection of customer analytics, digital marketing strategy, and data engineering. This role oversees a small team responsible for building the data foundations and analytical capabilities that power customer engagement, campaign performance, and digital optimization efforts across the enterprise.
Strategic & Marketing Leadership
- Shape and evolve customer-focused digital marketing strategies using insight derived from customer behavior, channel performance, and campaign analytics.
- Translate marketing objectives into measurable, data-driven plans that support acquisition, retention, personalization, and ROI improvement.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Digital, Customer Satisfaction, Data & Analytics, and cross-functional business groups to align customer data, reporting, and campaign workflows.
- Support unified marketing measurement by connecting digital platforms, CRM tools, and analytics systems to the enterprise data environment.
Data Engineering & Analytics Leadership
- Lead and mentor a small team of engineers and analysts responsible for marketing data pipelines, integrations, analytics models, and reporting solutions.
- Oversee design and enhancement of data architecture supporting customer analytics—including ingestion workflows, data modeling, and cross-platform integrations.
- Provide hands-on guidance in troubleshooting, solution design, and modernizing legacy systems into scalable cloud-based approaches.
- Establish best practices around data quality, automation, CI/CD, documentation, and operational excellence for marketing data assets.
- Collaborate with technical and business leadership to maintain a roadmap that supports digital growth, customer intelligence, and advanced analytics.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of combined experience across digital marketing, analytics, or data engineering, with several years in a leadership or technical management role.
- Strong understanding of modern data platforms and marketing analytics ecosystems (e.g., cloud data warehouses, orchestration tools, analytics suites).
- Demonstrated experience integrating marketing technology with enterprise data systems to enable Customer 360, personalization, or campaign orchestration.
- Familiarity with clickstream analytics, marketing measurement, attribution, funnel analysis, and customer behavior metrics.
- Ability to translate business goals into actionable technical strategies with clear outcomes.
- Effective communicator with experience operating across executive, marketing, and engineering stakeholders.
- Comfort working in cloud environments and with modern engineering practices (automation, CI/CD, data modeling).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with marketing automation or campaign management platforms.
- Exposure to A/B testing programs, experimentation frameworks, or digital optimization practices.
