REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 to 6 years of IT work experience in systems analysis, development, and engineering in an online environment
- Knowledge of and experience with State of Florida information technology standards and processes
- Proficient with Microsoft C# .NET, MVC, jQuery, and Responsive Design
- Proficient experience with Test Driven Design and Unit Testing methodology
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with Oracle
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Visual Studio 2012 and later
- Experience using HTML
- Experience working in a Waterfall and/or Agile development environment
- Strong communication and validation skills
- Experience with IT systems and processes, methodologies, and their direct implementation to projects
- Experience working on multiple projects as a project leader or as a subject matter expert
- Goal-oriented, proactive team player with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced professional environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions within area of responsibility and expertise
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
At a minimum, the Consultant(s) shall perform the following tasks:
- Workspace, network access, and a computer workstation will be provided
- Direction and approval for completion of tasks and deliverables, including timelines, will be provided and overseen by the Department’s designated Contract Manager and/or Program Manager
- The Department’s designated Contract Manager and/or Program Manager will be responsible for approving all tasks, activities, and deliverables
