🔍 About the Role
The Client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA6) to support documentation and modernization of home-grown systems across IFA/IEDA/ITG.
This role requires strong expertise in data mapping and data modeling, along with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business leaders, SMEs, and technical teams to gather and document requirements
- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and design documentation
- Perform data analysis, data mapping, and data modeling
- Document and manage business processes, workflows, and system changes
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, developers, and project teams
- Analyze data to identify issues and recommend solutions or process improvements
- Track project status, risks, timelines, and deliverables
- Support Agile delivery with a focus on continuous improvement
- Participate in database analysis and system modernization efforts
✅ Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years experience in Business Analysis on large, complex IT systems
- 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Mapping & Data Modeling (MANDATORY)
- Strong experience with:
- SDLC methodologies
- Requirement gathering & stakeholder management
- Agile frameworks
- Experience with ALM tools:
- Azure DevOps (ADO), TFS, VSTS, Jira, or RTC
- 5 years working with relational databases (SQL Server preferred)
- Strong expertise in:
- Process mapping
- Data analysis
- Documentation & reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
🎯 Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with system modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with data architecture and information management practices
- Ability to drive business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and impact analysis
🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
