Program Manager for AEP – Supply Chain and Process Intelligence
Summary
Experienced Program Manager to lead a transformational, multi–business-unit technology program. Primary focus: communicate with senior leadership, drive alignment across stakeholders, and deliver on strategic roadmaps, financial targets, and program governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program strategy, governance cadence, and cross‑functional alignment to deliver roadmap objectives and inform strategic planning.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to senior leadership and executive sponsors; translate technical and program details into concise, decision‑ready briefings.
- Produce and present executive reports (weekly/bi‑weekly as required) including status, EAC/forecast, risks, and recommendations to steer decision making.
- Coordinate program strategy meetings (steering committee, program governance, visioning sessions) and ensure clear outcomes and action owners.
- Maintain program artifacts: charter, RACI, roadmap, process playbooks, and program RAID board; drive mitigation plans and escalate critical issues to leadership.
- Align with external partners (e.g., process intelligence vendors) on roadmap and approach; manage contractual and licensing discussions at a high level.
- Manage co‑source and vendor relationships to ensure delivery, training, compliance, and alignment to business priorities.
- Oversee resource planning and adjustments to meet program objectives; ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned on staffing implications.
- Act as liaison among business units, IT leadership, cybersecurity, finance, and other functions to remove blockers and accelerate decisions.
- Track and report key program KPIs to executives and recommend corrective actions when needed.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of program or senior project management experience leading complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives.
- Demonstrated success communicating with senior leadership and driving alignment across multiple business units.
- Strong financial acumen: experience with EAC, forecasting, and executive financial reporting.
- Proven ability to run governance forums, produce executive‑grade artifacts, and manage program risks and escalations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with process intelligence or process mining programs and partnering with software vendors at a strategic level.
- Background managing co‑source or blended delivery teams.
- Experience developing operating models and support strategies for enterprise technology programs.
- Supply Chain and Procurement domain knowledge is preferred
- Experience managing cross functional teams
