Property & Casualty Adjuster
Location: Golden, CO (Onsite with hybrid option)
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Adjuster to handle claims involving district vehicles, facilities, and other assets. Responsibilities include investigating claims, determining liability, setting reserves, managing claim records in RMIS, coordinating repairs, negotiating settlements, and pursuing subrogation and recoveries.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience handling general liability, auto, and/or property claims.
- Public entity claims experience preferred (2 years).
- High school diploma required; insurance-related education preferred.
- Knowledge of property and casualty insurance, claims investigation, liability, settlements, and subrogation.
- Experience with RMIS, claim documentation, and reporting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
