Job Description:
Must Have:
Core Testing & Quality Engineering
- Test planning, design, and execution for complex enterprise applications
- Manual and automated functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
- Defect management, triage, and root cause analysis
- Requirements analysis and risk-based testing
- Agile and DevOps testing practices
Test Automation
- Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites
- Hands-on experience with one or more automation frameworks, including:
- Robot Framework (Must Have)
- Playwright
- Selenium
- Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to develop reusable automation assets and improve test coverage through automation
Technical Skills
- API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI
- Programming and scripting experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or SQL
- Version control tools such as Git and GitHub
- Test management tools such as Jira or TestRails.
- Build and deployment tools such as Maven or Jenkins
Communication & Collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience partnering with developers, product owners, business analysts, and project teams
Adaptability & Learning Agility
- Proven ability to quickly learn new applications, technologies, and business processes
- Experience supporting multiple applications, projects, or business domains
- Demonstrated success transitioning between teams or initiatives with minimal ramp-up time
- Ability to remain effective in dynamic environments with changing priorities and business needs
