Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Finance
workstream leadership
• Track action items, decisions, risks, and dependencies across Finance-related
meetings
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture detailed meeting notes, and ensure follow-up on
commitments
• Hold stakeholders accountable to agreed-upon deliverables and timelines
• Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and trackers
• Coordinate schedules and logistics for project meetings and workshops
• Support preparation of executive-ready status reports and presentations
• Partner with Project Managers, Functional Leads, and Systems Integrators
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Ensure adherence to project governance and communication standards
Required Qualifications
• Experience in a Project Coordinator, Program Coordinator, or Executive Assistant–
type role• Experience supporting ERP implementations, preferably Finance-related
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments
• Demonstrated experience holding team members accountable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred / Highly Desired Experience
• Public sector ERP implementation experience
• Workday implementation experience (Finance modules preferred)
• Prior contract or staff augmentation experience on enterprise programs
• Experience working with systems integrators
