Job Title: PeopleSoft Technical Analyst
Location: Melville, NJ Hybrid
Job Overview
We are seeking a PeopleSoft Technical Analyst to support a custom PeopleSoft Leave & Absence application and its integration with a new HCM platform. This role involves delivering technical solutions, supporting break/fix issues, and implementing enhancements across PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 modules. The ideal candidate will be proficient in PeopleSoft development tools, integration methods, and Oracle database technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, troubleshoot, and enhance existing PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 applications, including custom Leave & Absence modules.
- Develop and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft and external HCM applications.
- Design, develop, test, and implement technical solutions using PeopleSoft programming tools and scripting.
- Build and optimize data integration processes across systems.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and system integration testing for new developments and enhancements.
- Work with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Support activities related to PUM updates, compare reports, and system upgrades.
- Ensure PeopleSoft security configurations align with organizational standards.
- Provide production support and participate in on-call or issue-resolution activities as needed.
