Job Title: PeopleSoft Technical Analyst HCM, Leave & Absence, PeopleTools 8.6x

Location: Melville, NY (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Role: PeopleSoft Technical Analyst

The PeopleSoft Technical Analyst will support a custom Leave & Absence module and its integration with a new HCM system. The role includes supporting break/fix activities, delivering enhancements, and developing solutions using PeopleSoft programming tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 applications.
• Design and develop technical solutions using scripting and PeopleSoft tools.
• Build and maintain data integration processes between systems.
• Perform unit testing and system integration testing.
• Work with Oracle DB, SQL, PeopleSoft SQR, Application Designer, Component Interface, and related tools.

• Strong communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team.
• Reporting and interface development expertise.
• Experience with PUM updates and Compare Reports.
• PeopleSoft Security.
• PeopleSoft Portal Structure.
