🔍 Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to support a custom PeopleSoft CVI Leave application and lead integrations with a new HCM platform (Workday). This role will be responsible for end-to-end integration design, development, testing, and support between enterprise systems.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Support and enhance the PeopleSoft custom Leave (CVI) application
Lead and manage PeopleSoft–Workday integration efforts
Design and develop technical solutions using PeopleSoft tools and scripting
Build and maintain data integration processes between systems
Work with Secure FTP, XML, and SQL-based integrations
Perform unit testing and system integration testing
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and system alignment
Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing production support
✅ Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience as a Technical Analyst in PeopleSoft environments
Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft custom applications
Proven experience integrating PeopleSoft with Workday HCM
Strong knowledge of:
SQL
XML
Secure FTP (SFTP)
Experience in data integration, ETL, and system-to-system interfaces
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
🌟 Nice to Have
Experience working in HR/HCM domains (Leave, Payroll, Benefits)
Prior experience supporting enterprise HCM migrations or upgrades
