Job Title: Intermediate Project Manager
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid | Webcam Interview Only)
Duration: Contract
Candidate Must Reside in Indiana
Key Responsibilities
- Manage medium–large, complex IT projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk/issue logs, and documentation.
- Track progress using Atlassian tools and report variances to the PMO Manager.
- Facilitate project meetings and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with governance policies, SOPs, and document management standards.
- Build strong working relationships and support portfolio-level activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of Project Management experience.
- 2 years managing large, multi-year complex projects.
- Strong understanding of PMBOK, Agile methodologies, IT governance, and change control.
- Intermediate knowledge of Atlassian and Salesforce.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification.
- Experience in state government.
