Mandatory Qualification
- PMP OR Agile Certification OR CSM (Scrum Master)
Summary of Responsibilities
- Manage medium to large IT projects from planning through implementation
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, risk/issue logs, and documentation
- Utilize Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) to track milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate project meetings and communicate status with stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to governance policies, SOPs, and project management standards
- Collaborate with IT teams, business groups, vendors, and agency partners
- Apply PMBOK and Agile best practices in daily project activities
Key Skills
- IT project management experience
- Strong MS Office/Microsoft Project/SharePoint/Visio
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence)
- Salesforce exposure preferred
