Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and the ability to present technical information clearly and concisely.
- Experience creating and editing training materials, user guides, and documentation based on input from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Experience facilitating webinars and virtual training sessions, including chat moderation, document sharing, and troubleshooting participant access issues.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Service Management tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify, research, analyze, and resolve problems effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Previous teaching, training, or instructional delivery experience.
- Experience with video editing using Adobe products.
- Knowledge of WCAG/ADA accessibility compliance standards.
- Experience with web design and web publishing.
- Strong document and web content formatting skills.
- Experience working with Title IV-D Child Support programs.
