Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced AS400/IBM i Developer to support legacy applications, database management, and application administration.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of AS400 / IBM i / iSeries development and support
- Strong RPG IV/ILE RPG, RPGLE, CL, and SQL
- Experience with DB2 for i database management and tuning
- IBM i application administration, security, user profiles, job queues, and subsystems
- FTP/SFTP and system integrations
- Experience coordinating with hosted/managed AS400 providers
- Troubleshooting legacy applications and batch processes
Preferred: RDi, legacy-to-cloud migration, data extraction/archiving, and public sector or insurance experience.
