Job Summary

The Multimedia Photography Content Producer (design/photography first) can create high-impact visual assets. This is a hands-on role for someone who can design attention-grabbing creative content while also stepping behind the camera when needed. Design and photography are the primary focus, with support in video.

Essential Functions:

• Design ads, banners, emails, website graphics, and social content
• Develop visually compelling campaign assets that align with brand and marketing goals
• Shoot and edit product and creative photography
• Apply strong composition and lighting principles in both design and photography
• Occasionally assist with video shooting and editing
• Collaborate on concepts and execute creatively and efficiently from idea to final asset

Additional Responsibilities:

 Perform additional duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, & Capabilities

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Lightroom
• Ability to design clean, effective, attention-grabbing creative content across multiple formats
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Experience shooting photography with a solid grasp of lighting and composition
• Comfortable working in both studio and on-location environments
• Ability to manage multiple projects and execute without heavy oversight
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design work and photography
• Basic video shooting and editing capabilities
• Strong instincts for branding, consistency, and campaign-level thinking
• Creative writing skills for ad copy, messaging, or concept development

Physical Requirements:

• Largely a sedentary role, however, routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines, and printers.
• Occasionally lifting, moving, or carrying product or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Sharp vision required.

Work Environment:

• This is primarily an on-site studio position; however, occasional travel is required.
• Professional office environment. 
• Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles due to necessary communication with warehouse personnel.
• Occasionally exposed to noise level that is moderate to high.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent real-world experience

Experience:

At least 1 year’s experience in a Product Photography, E-commerce Photography, or similar role.
