PROJECT MANAGER The Project Manager shall perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- The contractor shall chair and facilitate all meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- The contractor shall provide expert guidance on building code updates and regulatory compliance.
- The contractor shall coordinate and manage input from diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, industry professionals, and the public.
- The contractor shall ensure the code development and approval process adheres to local and national regulatory requirements.
- The contractor shall develop and maintain a structured timeline for code review, revisions, and approvals.
- The contractor shall oversee documentation and communication related to construction code development activities and decisions.
- The contractor shall promote transparency and collaboration throughout the code development process.
- The contractor shall identify and implement best practices to streamline code adoption and enhance code quality.
The contractor shall support the DOB in aligning updated codes with District goals for safety, sustainability, and innovation.

- Building Plans Examiner/Reviewer and Accessibility
- Residential Plans Examiner
- Master Code Professional
- Certified Chief Building Official

Pay: $75,893.48 - $85,624.41 per year
