Compensation: $25 - 29/hr
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping and Inventory Analyst to oversee our sea container export operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory transactions in SAP, tracking export data using MS Excel, and ensuring seamless communication across internal teams and external distribution partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at organizing shipping documentation to keep our supply chain moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain daily export information for sea containers utilizing MS Excel and email systems to ensure accurate tracking and record-keeping.
- Execute accurate SAP transactions to generate, process, and release inventory for international shipment.
- Prepare, review, and verify all necessary ocean freight shipping documentation (e.g., Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists) for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Distribute finalized shipping documents and load details efficiently to a wider group of internal departments and external partners.
- Organize critical load information and clearly communicate operational schedules and updates to all relevant team members to ensure smooth daily workflow.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP (inventory/shipping modules) and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with ocean container export processes and international shipping documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental coordination and high-volume email management.
- Outstanding organizational abilities with a sharp eye for accuracy in data entry and document review.
