Appian BPM Application Support Engineer
Rahway, NJ (Hybrid)
Contract on W2 only
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Appian BPM applications.
- Monitor applications and resolve incidents, problems and service requests within SLA.
- Troubleshoot Appian workflows, process models, SAIL interfaces, integrations and data issues.
- Perform RCA and permanent fixes for recurring/complex production issues.
- Analyze requirements and deliver enhancements, bug fixes and change requests.
- Support application deployments, releases and production validation.
- Troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs, SQL and third-party integrations.
- Coordinate with L1, business, infrastructure and vendor teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare/support technical documentation, KT and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Appian BPM.
- Experience in Appian development, enhancement and L2/L3 production support.
- Good knowledge of SAIL, Process Models, Records, Integrations and Appian Administration.
- Strong SQL and API troubleshooting skills.
- Good incident management, debugging and RCA skills.
- Experience working in Agile/ITIL production support environments.
Experience
- 6 years of relevant Appian experience preferred.
- Experience in 24×7/rotational offshore support is an added advantage..
